You can also control the system from the Xfinity Home app. A couple of things we don’t like about Xfinity are the required two-year contracts and no options for do-it-yourself installation. Also, a few more security camera options would be nice.

Depending on the subscription you choose, your Xfinity Home security plan may come with professional monitoring, real-time alerts, live video feeds, video recording, cellular system backup and app control.
